Throwback! CMS v3.0

Hello there guys! The third wave of the throwback of my CMS experience is here. So in here, I am going to share my experience in using the CMS v3.0.

The Cash Management System v3.0 is for the month of July. As you can see on the photo above, The first sheet get a little wider because of the addition of Allowance from the cash receipts and the new division Obligations (at this version gave birth to the others division in CMS C). At this version, the Obligations Division is composed of 2 Categories: NonRefundable and Refundable. (the reason of the names is a long story). At this version also the removal of the previous version's Php 112 Challenge since it doesn't give a reliable information on the management of cash (in  my opinion)

In this version, descriptions has been added to the Averages and Rates since they increased in number to provide necessary information on the rates and the average.

A lot of Columns adopted in CMS C was first introduced in CMS v3.0 like the Percentage Increase (Decrease), Total Cash Payments before obligations [currently Total Cash Payments (Allowance)] and the Allowance Balance before Obligations [currently Cash Receipts (Allowance) Balance].

Cash on Hand Table in CMS v3.0
Another major improvement is the Cash Comparison Table (Cash on Hand in v3.0) because it is more colorful with an additional indicator 'OK' and in this version you cannot see any remark when no cash count is done.

The all-new table
It doesn't stop there, the major reason for having another milestone rather than a part of the series is the Goal Table (Project and Budget Table in CMS C). The reason why I created this table is to remind myself of the plan why I am saving money out of my allowance. Because of this, I get more 'OK' remarks in the Cash on Hand Sheet.
As for my comment in this version is that the table is not that helpful in helping me decide because there are times that I have cash advances (restricted) then the table shows 'Go on' like what is shown in the picture and the decrease in the cash balance is not seen directly because the percentages are more than 100% so I am going to compute for the increase or decrease.
